Tom is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. His extensive experience in evaluating and acquiring producing properties was gained at several companies including Hilcorp Energy Company, Energy Development Corporation (Samedan Oil Corp), IP Petroleum and Core Labs Engineering and Consulting. He was a founding member and CEO of White Oak Energy, a company that delivered exceptional returns over its 25 year history. Tom is one of 3 founding members of Aldine Oil and Gas, LP which was started in 2022 and leads the strategic vision of the company.

Mike is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. He has gained his experience from positions of increasing responsibility with Texaco USA, several small independent producing energy companies and through the startup and subsequent sale of an engineering consulting firm. He was one of the founding members and COO of White Oak Energy, a company that delivered exceptional returns over its 25 year history. Mike is one of 3 founding members of Aldine Oil and Gas, LP which was started in 2022 and he is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations of the company.

Jon is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. He has extensive experience in evaluating and acquiring producing properties prior to founding Aldine Oil and Gas through roles with White Oak Energy, Constellation Energy and S&A Resources. Jon was the VP of Engineering for White Oak Energy, a company that delivered exceptional returns over its 25 year history. Jon is one of 3 founding members of Aldine Oil and Gas, LP which was started in 2022 and he oversees Engineering and A&D efforts.
